Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness 

It is a dynamic, powerful technology that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. During class you will explore, postures (known as kriyas), Mantra (chanting), mudra (hand position), breathwork/life force energy, moving beyond the five senses and a strong focus on the meditation throughout your practice.
