Welcome to BREATHE a 4 Week Meditative Breathwork Series! During these 4 weeks you will be shown how to use your breath to relax, slow down and navigate emotions that may rise up in your life. Each week we will focus on a theme and practice different breaths while receiving salt therapy. This is an invitation to explore yourself and connect deeper into selfcare.
Series starts January 2,2020 and will meet weekly on Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm at Soulshine Salt Cavern in Durham, CT.
